This privacy policy governs your use of the software application MM Car Drive ("Application") for mobile devices, which was created for iOS and Android platforms. The Application serves as a vehicle management tool for drivers in Myanmar, offering features such as Odd/Even day checking, fuel log tracking, daily fuel price updates, and digital storage for wheel tax stickers.

1. Information Collection and Use

Personal Data

The Application is designed to prioritize user privacy.

• We do not require you to create an account using your real name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the Application.
• Any vehicle data you enter (such as license plate numbers and fuel consumption logs) is used solely to provide the vehicle tracking and dashboard services within the app.

Media and Camera Access

The Application requests access to your device’s camera or photo library specifically for the Wheel Tax feature. This allows you to snap or upload photos of your vehicle's wheel tax stickers to store them digitally within the Application for your personal convenience.

2. Cloud Sync and Data Storage

• The Application offers a Cloud Sync feature ("iOS ↔ Android Sync") to help you seamlessly back up or transfer your data between different devices.
• When you generate a Sync Code, your vehicle data, fuel logs, and saved settings are securely and anonymously uploaded to our cloud servers so they can be retrieved on your other device.
• If you do not wish to use the cloud backup feature, your data remains stored locally on your device.
• You can clear your stored fuel logs or reset the application data at any time via the Application's Settings menu.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application displays daily fuel prices across regions in Myanmar. To provide these real-time updates, the Application may connect to external data sources. These external queries do not transmit any of your personal or vehicle-specific data.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your vehicle logs, so we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
